About the clinic: • Have you ever wondered how you could help your horse be a better athlete? • Would you like to ride with more ease and feel like you are one with your horse? • These are questions many of us strive to answer. Often, the underlying cause of discord between horse and rider is the lack of spatial awareness and “centeredness” of both horse and rider. Learning to evaluate the asymmetries of both horse and rider can be a game changer for both. Once we understand the strengths and weaknesses of our horses, we can begin an intelligent approach to helping them improve. Once we understand our own asymmetries, we can improve our posture and alignment both on and off the horse. In our discussion together, we will look at both horses and riders and discuss simple solutions for improving the posture in both. The approach is simple and uncomplicated and applies to horses and riders in any discipline. Come join us for a fun, educational evening of discussion. • Lyn Ringrose-Moe is one of the founding partners of Cowboy Dressage, she also created the Cowboy Dressage Judging Program and functions as a mentor for CD judges and is also a recommended judge.
