2023 CRE Competition Events
Cedar Ridge Equine is planning more competition events for 2023 at our Bozeman location. Events will include Cowboy Dressage competition fun days, extreme trail ranch/horse competitions, and a barrel racing series during the summer nights. CRE Lesson Changes for Fall 2021
CRE is excited to announce that starting September 1st we will only be providing lessons to our boarders/leasers/MSU Equestrian team practices. We will no longer be offering instruction to students that do not own/lease a horse. We will allow students to haul their own horses in for lessons.

2021-22 CRE Price Increases Due to Hay Prices
Hope you all are enjoying your summer and staying cool! As many of you already know, Montana is experiencing a drought which has in turn significantly effected the hay crop for this year. Unfortunately this results in CRE needing to increase our costs. New Pricing will go into place Sept. 1st, 2021.

ABC's of Cowboy Dressage Clinic | July 31st-August 1st
Join us at Cedar Ridge Equine for an ABC's of Cowboy Dressage Clinic on July 31st-August 1st. The clinic will cover the basic gaits, maneuvers and introduce the court. On the 2nd day participants will have opportunity to ride a Cowboy Dressage Test following the clinic.

Spring 2021 Speed Event Series
Multiple division and multiple events! Join us for our Spring Speed Event Series. Points will be earned for each event & each data. After the entire series, prizes will be awarded for the highest cumulative points. The dates for the Speed Event Series are Feb 28th, April 3rd, and May 1st.

2021 Reining Clinics to be held in Bozeman at CRE
Three horse reining clinics are going to be held during the summer of 2021. The clinics will focus on how to prepare our horses and to perform each of the reining maneuvers for a NRHA reining pattern along with focusing on learning reining training exercises that will help benefit a horse on barrel pattern.

CRE COVID POLICY UPDATE
We will be requiring all students, campers, instructors/staff to wear masks during all tacking/unpacking, grooming, on the ground horsemanship, stable hands, crafting sessions/anytime when 6 ft. Social Distancing not possible. Please bring a mask with you, there will be extras here if needed, just ask one of the staff.

Horse Sense Clinic
Open to all ages and levels, who are serious horse enthusiasts. This class is all on the ground, no riding. This clinic developed to teach all aspects of horse husbandry. Class will cover feeding/nutrition, first aid/TPR's of horses, traveling/trailering with your horse, horse management practices and more.
